SMART Notebook level 1 is an introductory level distance learning event held at scheduled dates and times during the week. They are designed to help educators learn how to use the SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard to improve their daily work. Each event is led by a SMART trainer who works with SMART products daily. SMART Notebook level 2 is an intermediate level distance learning event held at scheduled dates and times and locations during the week. It is intended to help educators learn design fundamentals and develop presentation creation skills. Each event is led by a SMART trainer who works with SMART products daily. The cost to attend this event is $149 USD.

Distance Education, asynchronous course delivered over an 8 week period with weekly assignments This course will focus on the educational value of adding interactivity to lessons, different aspects of how to add interactivity to your lessons using the common tools in SMART Notebook, use of the Lesson Activity Toolkit, as well a discussion of overall content design. Participants will use their new skills to construct a Notebook Lesson for their classroom as a final project. Participants’ final project, after review, will be posted to the SMART Exchange. The cost to participate in this course is $349 USD
